I was nearly driven off the road by the owner of this company today. He was driving his big rig Peterbuilt with Willys of Austell, GA on the side. He was driving over the speed limit and drove up on my bumper to a light trying to make his aggressive posture known. I ignored him. Then when the light changed he made a point of overtaking me and then cutting in front of me to run me off the road while aggressively blowing the horn.
I got the number to his company to call about the aggressive driving and it was the owner of the company who answered the phone and he admitted he was the driver of the rig and called us idiots.
Never once did he apologize for his dangerous and out of control aggressive driving behaviour. This guy is very angry and will kill somone soon with his aggressive driving posture.
I cannot imagine this man is decent in his business approach based on what I saw him do in his big rig truck out on the road. He has no regard for human life.

I'm the owner of this company and I am fully knowledgeable of this situation and this past employee. I have been in business for 25 years and run a reputable business. We are registered with the Georgia Public Service Commission and are monitored by them. We have employee's that have been with the company for over 14 years. We have never offered insurance to any employee. We do not pay employees phone bills. We supply them their phones. As to not receiving a last paycheck, all employees sign an agreement that any damages to our vehicles or cargo will be taken out of their checks. If they quit, they may not receive the last check depending on what they owe the company. In most cases, we are not paid in full. An alternative would be to file a claim in small claims court against them for the debts they owe me. It seems that Ronnie has a history of damaging vehicles and not taking responsibility for them. However, if Ronnie would like to make an appointment with me to make payment arrangements for the balance he owes me, I would be very appreciative.

I feel like you're talking about me, lol. If a guy told me the same things you just wrote, I'd want to sit down and talk it over. He has a business to run and sees it differently, but if you work as hard as you say you do, he doesn't want to lose you. Bad things: How did you happen to go back to your old job? I hope you just didn't disappear one day. Also, NEVER send your wife to do anything that involves you. If you did that to me I'd consider you a p***y. Everything else sounds like it could be worked out. A new beeper, better communication, a well-spelled-out clarification of your duties, better dispatching. Reliable drivers are hard to find and you feel unappreciated, he thinks you're a crybaby catering to your wife's bitching. Towing isn't 9-5 business, as you know. He knows he owes you some money, I'm betting he wants you back.
