Wilshire Credit Corporation sucker punched with fees and ridiclous deadlines to corner you into chap 13 or foreclosure. either way they profit! ripoff Portland Oregon
July 2004, closed with lender. My loan was sold the moment I closed because my first payment went to "Option One" then I got a letter requesting payments are now to be made to "Wilshire".
Dec. 2004, I was behind on Nov payment and now Dec. making it two payments behind. They offered me a payment option, which I agreed to divide amount in 3 installments. This is the "set-up" they appear to be helpful, when really they have trapped us into a web we will constantly be trying to get out of!
Do they just create random fees? It's pathetic, because they can! Why? because people like me, and you are their target. We are the ones that are just making it with out much leverage. When are they held accountable? Hey- is Sadam their C.E.O ?
I just hope that this company and any involved with it are sued and posted right next to the long line of Enron criminals!
