After protesting with signs in front of this dealership for a full day and enduring their harassment from the manager and salesman by the name of Jimmy, I was given a full refund and returned the car. 2 and a half months of this crap but the money and time was worth the lesson learned. Freedom of speech, God Bless America!

This person could have avoided any problems if he had done one of two things: Brought the car back to the dealership so we could hear the noise he was complaining about ( he refused to bring the car in) or Have bought the car with the warranty that comes with the asking price. He purchased the car "AS IS". with a discount of $1,000 off asking price. This dealership was under no obligation to do anything for him. Despite this , we have recently RETURNED HIS MONEY AND HAVE THE CAR HERE. We firmly believe in good customer relations and have many repeat customers who's families and friends buy their cars from us. We have the Torch Award from the BBB In selling the volume of used cars that we do, we do sometimes get a car that will have problems and we try to work with the customers to resolve it. To anyone who is going to purchase a used car, please be aware that if you buy it "AS IS", NO OTHER dealership is going to work with you to resolve any issues. WINDHAM AUTO SALES STANDS BY IT'S REPUTATION! Mark
