Windham Professionals, Inc. Doubling my debt mofia style collections Salem New Hampshire
I have fought with the. Dept. Of Education for 25 years now. They sale my loan to one then another collection company when I talk to them to set things up in 3 to 6 months at the most. They turn out to be a lie !! Or they ask for a proposal to pay off the debt and when you give a reasonable payment with an ameterization schedule they flat out reject it without explanation. Windham Professionals has it now, they are asking to garnish my wages at around 250.00 per month. That will not pay 1/3 red on the interest for the year. They have taken the 70,000.00 that the dept of ed says I owe and made it 185,368.83 on the demand they issued. This is ridiculous they haven't called to talk to me or send any communications. They are a company that needs to be resolved.
