While trying to make arrangements on my loan, and trying to re-iterate that I had lost my house in forclosure and had to move, and that it would put a HUGE hardship on my family to suffer from wage garnishment, I was TWICE put on the phone with a "RYAN SMITH" who claimed to be a supervisor. He refused to make a reasonable arrangement with me (something I could afford). He finally just said they would take not only my tax return, but garnish my wages as well.
When I called back the second time to talk about it, I asked if they could postpone the garnishment until after I filed "my" taxes. He said, "those are OUR taxes. You won't get them." I said, ok fine, well can you NOT garnish my wages until after "WE" know what that amount is, so I can make payment arrangements on the balance (i.e. smaller) amount? He said, "Why would i do that? I WANT your money, and you don't HAVE it." This guy was an absolute HEARTLESS jerk. They are seriously trying to garnish my wages during Xmas, they don't care about anyone's situation.
If there is anyone out there that is NOT suffering during our economic crisis, its these guys. They just bully and scare the crap out of you until they get the money from you, regardless of who they hurt in the process.

FIGURE IT OUT! Of course they will not work with you. It is not in their best interest to do this. They just want to be paid! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR PROBLEMS. YOU ARE AN IDIOT because you have not done anything to educate yourself. There is a lot of information on the internet, but it is far easier to complain about things, then it is to be pro-active to some a little research to protect yourself from these bottomfeeders. Learn your rights - first thing.
