Spanish translation below - traducido a Español abajo:  I first contacted Winet after I got a flyer on my home in Rosarito. They were quick to take my $150 for installation. It took them several days to come and install. The installers did not seem to know what they were doing. I was on the $25 per month plan for 3.0 mbps. The service failed immediately. it would be up and down and very selfom would reach 3.0 mbps. I have several screen shots from speed test services to prove it. To sum it up after several calls to the office, delayed or missed repair appointments, the changing of my antenna, and the changing of the router. I finallly after several months of terrible or no service had the service disconnected and have requested only a partial refund of $100 of the installation through Paypal. If they don't refund the $100 I will be filing a complaint with PROFECO which is the Mexican government's consumer protection agency. They will investigate and close them down if they get too many complaints.
