Winkflash Ripoff Completely incompetent company horrible customer service East Greenwich Rhode Island
These guys are supposed to print pictures that you send them from a CD ROM then mail them to you within about a week. I sent them my images and they never did anything. Never once did they respond to one single email inquiry I made to them - not to tell me they were checking into it, not to tell me that they couldn't find my order, nothing, and I am a REGISTERED USER of their site. I'm a professional photographer and so their incompetence has caused me to be late on the delivery of my photos to my client. They are WEIRD both for failing to respond to emails and for not processing my order. I was, at all times, professional and courteous with them.
