I just search (google) for winzip pro and found winzip.com site.
Did you buy it from winzip.com? If so, while you are browsing the site (store.winzip.com), scroll down to the bottom and there is a "contact" link right after "Term & Condition" link. Click on the contact link and you will see their contact depending on your locale (country).
Also, when you requested for information to be sent to your email, have you checked the spam or trash folder on your webmail? Have your mail server set to automatically bounce any likely-spam email?
I am not sure why you need winzip in the first place by the way. You could use any free compress/decompress program on Windows. 7zip is also good and can deal with most compress algorithms out there...
