Wireless City Wireless City Cells Phones They Are Thieves Pacoima California
Here's the story. First of all never go there bad service and very bad business. My husband went in to purchase me a new phone for $239.00. When I was putting the phone together the battery back would not go on. So I take the phone back the very next day to exchange it but they did not have that model in. While I was there taking the phone box out of the store bag that it came in, I noticed that the phone box was dirty and I ask why. The very rude and unprofessional sales rep. say's it is because she opened it to showed it to several of her customers. So what that means is that the phone was not brand new in the box and it was broken when she sold it to my husband. So I ask her how long would it take to get the phone in. The very rude and unprofessional sales rep. says a day or two. I say that's fine see you in two days. When I went back they still did not have my phone, so at this point I ask for a refund they only do exchanges. So I asked for a loaner phone and they gave me one and that was fine. A whole week passes and I am still stuck with the loaner phone. When I call or go in to the store the very rude and unprofessional sales rep. is never in. So I still don't have my new phone. Never go to Wireless City they are thieves and will Screw you.
