Yea I have call the store many times after the hours they say they r open And I get no answer and when I finally get ahold of the 1.5 hours later they tell me they didn't hear the phone . Now if this is how they run a business they should at least pick up the phone and answer it so if I have to listen to them tell me they don't have to open when they need to than they should be fired this has been happening to me a lot and I want to know what u plN info on doing about it.

If YOU cannot be bothered to get off your rump and ACTUALLY go into the store, then do NOT expect that ANY business is going to leave the PAYING customers for a phone call. Your phone call is NOT the same priority as a PAYING CUSTOMER who is standing right there in front of them. You know handing them money, physicaly in front of them. As for the amount of time it takes them to answer well that is just too d**n bad. OBVIOUSLY they are busy and DO NOT have a secratary to answer the phone JUST for YOU!!! The level of YOUR self entitlment is SICKENING!!! I swear can YOU be any lazier?
