this company is supposed to help when a consumer has a problem. But no one ever gets back to you about it. They could at least acknowledge your complaint instead of ignoring it.
Isnt this what this place is for? Helping the consumer, instead of letting the company you have a complaint or problem with get away with it?

This complaint says we don't respond to consumer complaints. We are state trade association representing the interests of our members. We are not a homeowners association, we do not represent the public.
Consumer complaints should be filed with the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection.
