Wise Environmental Anne's Cans Used foul and offensive language, Unproffessional Birmingham Alabama
Wise Environmental would not hold up to their service agreements. The invoices that were sent were not for the correct amount. Our trash pick-up was not being serviced as agreed upon in a service aggreement.
When I called to talk to the billing department, they did not even know what company I was with. They thought I was calling about an apartment complex in Jacksonville, when I told the owner, Rhonda, that I was calling about a campground in Leesburg.
I called numerous times to discuss the bills I were receiving because they were not correct. I left many messages for the owner to call me and she would never return my messages.
When I finally was able to speak with the owner. I told her I was very dissappointed with the service I was receiving, the owner then used offensive and foul language with me.

Now the question I get to ask is WHAT did YOU do to push that person to use that verbage?? YOU cannot verbally attack someone and expect that THEY are NOT going to retaliate. THAT is another human being YOU are talking with. Odds are that YOU vented YOUR frustration on someone YOU thought deserved it. But they didn't BECAUSE YOU ARE A JACKA**!!! Quite a double standard YOU have there. YOU get to be a bully and abusive but when one of YOUR victims tells YOU what they think of YOUR words, well YOU go online and escalate the situation like EVERY bully does. But you have been caught!!! GO AWAY BULLY!!!! No weaker people for YOU to beat up on. NOT A RIPOFF JUST A BULLY!!!
