We have been charged $9 two times in our checking account. I didn't know it until Friday of last week when I was looking at our banking statement. My husband or myself have ordered nothing from whoever Reservation Rewards is. I am so mad. They either contacted the bank acting like they had a debt to collect or hacked into a transaction from a long time ago. I wish I knew what transaction that was. I called the bank and they said they will file greivances and credit my account for the $18. I believe this company expects people just to accept this theft through their checking account. I also had to change my debit card number. My only solution is not to allow this type of crime to occur. Thanks for speaking up for yourself and letting others knkow you had the same problem.
