Upon reviewing my checking account information online I noticed deductions of $9.00 taken from my account over the past 6 months. When I called my bank they gave me the phone number of the company but had no idea who they were. I called the company at 800-688-5995 and spoke with someone allegedly named "Rich". Rich informed me that when I joined ColumbiaHouse.com a few months back that I clicked some 10% off first puchase comment which in turn signed me up for WLI reservation rewards? He had an email account that was not mine, and told me he had many people in my city, with my last name. I asked him what services I was receiving from his so-called company and he couldn't answer. I asked for a supervisor, manager, or owner again he couldn't answer me he said he was simply a "low level employee". Rich first offered to refund my last deduction of 9.00 dollars until I pressed him for his supervisor more. Rich automatically commented that he would refund all of my money and gave me a confirmation no. I will be notifying my bank, columbia house, the better business bureau, etc.

I also received charges I did not agree to from WLI Reservation Rewards on 2 separate occasions and 2 separate credit cards. They are getting our credit card numbers from Fandango. Be VERY CAREFUL when purchasing movie tickets on-line from FANDANGO. After purchasing a ticket you are supposedly given the "opportunity" to get coupons from vendors. If you attempt to access any "Special Offers" the FANDANGO service provides your credit card information to these other vendors, like WLI. Then, they start hitting your credit card with fees. If you call the WLI number shown on your statement they should reverse the charge. I have also filed complaints with my credit card company and bank. Neither I nor any member of my household will use a bank debit card for FANDANGO transactions again. At least with a credit card you have a longer dispute period to get the erroneous charges removed.

We got a mysterious charge of $7 on our credit card this mongth from WLI Reservation Rewards. We have stopped using this credit card for several month. After contacting the company, they said they'll credit the money back to our credit card. Though it is scary that how they get the card number.
