I also noted a $7.00 charge for many months on my credit card bill, and didn't know where it came from. I do shop for hotels on line but never joined reservation rewards.
I've called several times and have not got through to a real person to cancel yet--will try online. I'm afraid to go to the site, I may get charged more!
