While you call 1-888-688-5995 to collect your refund and cancel membership, contact your credit card dispute department, and inform them about the unauthorized charge. Make it clear that no charges are allowed to go through by this corporation, in any way. In addition, CHANGE your credit card number, to avoid potential repeats. This is a monthly charge, and some time might go by, before they tack it on again. Some people have reported as much as a year going by, and then it happens again. They cannot do this without your account number. To avoid this in the future try to remember where you shopped online. If your ordered flowers, became a member of Classmate.com, that may be where the automated membership enrollment occurred. Someone that you're giving your credit card number to transfers it to unseen 2nd and 3rd party merchants. Please let us know what site got you hooked in, to warn others. A dead give away to this happening again is when certain websites claim to "customize your experience". I know it's a headache, but review those Privacy Policies. Sometimes there not as private as you might think. Hope this helps. Rip-off Report Volunteer
