After working over 70 hours a week for months I finally had time to check my credit card closer and was surprised to find a charge of $6.00 every month for this place.

I have never heard of them before and I have no idea what they do. I have never received any information from them. They just take my money. And I don't know how they got my credit card number.

And if it is some type of travel thing where you can make reservations or save money on reservations...I don't travel so why would I have it?

I was doing a search for the company and was surprised to find this website and see that I am not the only one having difficulties. My question is how do I get it stopped?

I began noticing that $7 a month has been automatically coming out of my account for the past 7 months. I have never signed up for anything online. I appreciate the online tips. I will hopefully resolve this matter by the end of this week.

I recently noticed that my debit card has been charged $7.00 every month for the last 5 months from WLI Reservation Rewards. I called the company (1-888-688-5995) and was told that when I ordered a dvd from A&E.com I had signed up for their Reservation Rewards program. Now, I don't recall clicking on a box that said "Please feel free to take $7 from me every month". She was polite and told me that she would cancel my account with them and I would be refunded the $7 I was charged for this month. I told her that was very nice, but what about the other 4 months they had been charging me? I was told that a 1 month refund was standard procedure since I "voluntarily" signed up for their services. I informed her that I had done some research on this scam and that I knew other people have been refunded more than one month. She then told me that she would make a "special exception" for me and refund the full 5 months. As long as you're polite with them and let them know that you are aware of other people who have gotten all their money back, you shouldn't have a problem. Good luck!

was shocked to find it had been happening for the last few months

I, like so many of you, was going through my bank statements and found this annoying little 7.00/month charge to my acct. I know I didn't purposely sign up for this (listed as WLI Reservationrewards) and was shocked to find it had been happening for the last few months. I looked them up, and the company that offers this services to merchants says that it's "integrated" into the merchant's web page. Nice. Like somebody before me, it's probably in the really fine print on some web site I purchased something at. I did get the matter resolved (thanks for the phone number listed above, they were very nice to deal with). They stated that there would occur no more charges and sent an email with confirmation #. Grrrrrrr

I found $7.00 debits from my account after I bought movie tickets from Fandango.com. I have no idea who Wli Reservation rewards is, but they have quite a scam going. I called them at 888-688-5995 and they were quite nice, and although it was against their policy, they refunded all of my money back. I understand that they do this from several web sites, so beware!

This how they got my Credit Card number

I also noticed a charge on my AMEX card today and wondered where it came from. The answer is I used Fandango to buy some movie tickets. After buying the tickets it asked you to accept a free trial (30 days) to reservation rewards www.reservationrewards.com. I guess somewhere in the small print is that if you do not cancel the trail within the 30 day timeframe they will start billing you $7 dollars a month membership. I called 888-688-5995 gave them my email address and they cancelled my membership and credited my AMEX card for the $7 without any problems. I would suspect that most of the people getting these charges inadvertently signed up in the same way that I did.

Credit Card Scam

All I did was order Norton SystemWorks on line. Now my checking account is debited for $7.00 for something I didn't order and don't want. From browsing the internet I find that this company does this all the time. They might be polite about canceling your subscription, but they are being underhanded about when they debit your account without you knowing it will be done. My response - treat them like any other scammer turn them into the State Attorney General's Offices.
