i called the toll-free number posted and was politely served. a very nice young woman named Lea gave me a reference number and told me that my $7.00 would be refunded to my account. upon reviewing the membership email sent to me, i noticed that the fine print at the bottom of the email welcoming me to their service states that they will charge $7.00 to the credit card i authorized when i signed up for bidz.com. so far so good...the refund is to appear in 3 days...

This company advertises on the A&E store. If you purchase any item from the store you will be givent the chance to get $10 off the next purchase by signing up with this company. You will get the definite impression that it is A&E who is giving you the discount. As it turns out once you sign up, it is up to you to stop the membership with reservation rewards. If you don't then they will charge your account $7 a month. They are very hard to find for sure. They go under another name that will give you their phone no. The number is 888-688-5995. I have talked with A&E about this and they assure me they will investigate and correct the problem. I would advise you to call A&E and complain.
