WLI*reservationrewards ripoff Connecticut

I have been trying for five months to contact the company at the 888-688-5995 number listed on my visa bill. However, I can never get through and the operator tells me I am out of the immediate calling area. I never signed up for this and would like to have it removed from my monthly credit charge. I believe that some legal steps need to be taken to ensure that this does not occur in the future.
