On Monday, November 9, 2009 at about 7:00 PM, I went into Wok & Roll (chinese restaurant) to order take-out. I ordered the large boneless spare ribs and the steamed pork dumplings. The order of lard boneless spare ribs was spoiled. The meat was brown.
