this guy is a super rip off!!!! i ordered a LED light kit and he sent me a broken crappy flourecent light kit and i sent back the defective parts and he sent me another one he claimed was broke in shipping. i called fed ex and they reimburst him the insurance and he hasnt contacted me yet its been 6 months and i have emailed him 20 times and called his phone over a dozen times. so not only do i have a lame flourecent kit instead of the lame LED kit he probably would have sent me but i have one 48 inch bulb that does not work and the rest of it only works sometimes. he is a scam who sells less than b-stock that he probably picks out of the garbage. ken wong is the lowest form of ebayer. ill never buy anything from kwimports again. if i ever find him im gonna beat the $150 out of him.

we know you do not use FEDEx even though you charge enough to send it by FEDEx. you proved that you cannot handle a serious complaint without making a nasty comment as i stated in my complaint. maybe if you actually listened to the complaints instead of getting nasty and mean and making rude comments you might actually be a better buinessman. try some understanding we work too hard to have a person like you rip us off then rub it in our face by being nasty if you operated in New York you would have been closed down by now. your negatives on Ebay tell it all.

Our s/h fees are CLEARLY stated in all of our eBay auctions. We charges are customary on eBay and we are actually cheaper than most of our competition. All customers have a choice to purchase from us...or not. We were never re-imbrused by FedEx as we don't use FedEx! As this customer also states, we shipped him a replacement immediately. He has clearly demonstrated his level of maturity by his threatening comment. Thank you for your time.
