If only you would have taken a moment to look at what you wrote. Out of furry and anger you waited 2 full years to decide you hated a bank due to 1, and may I say it again 1 incident which was neither the banks fault as well as yourself. You can't comprehend that when money isn't there a bank won't pay an item for you. Doesn't matter if its your rent check or not. How does the bank know a charge was not yours until you tell them so. All you would have had to do was file a dispute which your money and fee's would have been returned in 5 business days at most. Just because someone got a hold of your information means nothing to everyone else. Don't tell someone to close an account because your info was compromised. Close the account and open a new one with a new account number!! Oh and by the way don't by things online with out it being secure or payday loans... those people sell your info and that is how you get those unauthorized charges... just thought I would be helpful... I'm surprised that it took 2 years of banking some where to realize you didn't like it. I usually spit food out immediately when I dislike the taste, I try not to savor something I can't handle. Food for thought!

that your personal information was stolen? Why would anyone who has never had a problem (which is probably in the 100,000s) close it just because you say so?
