Even if (for some odd reason) you were satisfied with this rip off, the customer service is rude, and you have to wait 30-45 minutes minimum for them to rudely tell you you cannot recieve a refund and you were "told" that the $299 was non refundable.
They're happy to play back a message where you're talking to a machine and saying yes to whatever the machine asks. They're not afraid of lawyers either apparently, my customer service rep had a "bring it on" tone when she said go ahead and have my lawyer call for me. I resorted to the lawyer option when she said I would have to call back in 30-45 minutes because the guy that handles such things was at lunch (1:45s a bit late for lunch no?) and if there doing such great buisiness with so many people, why have they had over 40 complaints to the b.b.b. since there establishment in 2003?
I think they should have all complained to the bad business bureau. Bottom line is I had to wait 30 minutes on the first try, running out of time to wait mind you, then I had to wait another 45 for a customer service rep to tell me they couldn't give me a refund on a package that they hadn't even shipped yet!!! (it was day 19, and she said they had 20 days after taking my $299 to ship it, you think they could work a bit faster at $299 a customer)
Ohh, and there not sending me a credit card as I was previously misinformed, its just two applications for credit cards, and only one is supposedly garenteed.

Rip-off Report has been contacted by the owners of the company, they said those who have asked for refunds should see them no later than Monday morning or sooner. Credit to your account can takes 4 to 5 days to actually hit your account ,
They again apologized for the delay. We'll see. Rip-off Report is hoping they will live up to what they have promised, we think they will. SO you know, Rip-off Report has confirmed 73 refunds so far, and we know there should be many more. Rip-off Report is investigating more on this situation, and we will be posting an UPDATE to the main Report at this web address https://www.ripoffreport.com/view.asp?id=76605
