I received a call one night about a promising credit card offer. I gave my information to have $299.00 taken out of my bank account. I waited a few weeks and nothing came.
I called back to this company and they said it will arrive by friday. Nothing. The following week I arrived home with a package at my door. I opened it up, looked at the contents, and I did not understand what it was all for. There was no credit card. Just a bunch of junk for my credit and other stuff I do not need. I called the company again. Asked what all this stuff was because I was not told of this. I definitely did not want to spend $299.00 on peices of paper.
Of course, the card will be here in another week. Again, it has not showed up. Now it has been almost four months and I have probably talked to everyone up the line of command. I just want my money back.

I received my refund today. It was not $350.00. But the $299.00 that I payed to World Benefits. I am just happy I got my money back. The number I called again is 1-800-221-0854. Good luck to everyone who is still trying to get a refund. A "BIG" Thank You to Ripoff Report for having a website like this to help people like me who get sucked into the scams. I contacted World Benefits last night at this number, 1-800-221-0854. I first tried this number, 1-866-270-7076, and I waited forever for someone to pick up. When they did, I did not understand half the stuff they said, I was put on hold, and then the phone hung up. I got a hold of someone at this number, 1-800-221-0854 and I told them I was not happy with there service and I wanted a refund. The person said that they will refund me $350.00 in three business days. It will be put back into my account. We will see if this happens and I will let you all know by Tuesday, January 20, 2004. Wish me (us) luck.
