WFNNB ripped me off for $80.00 in Visa Gift Cards.
I called WFNNB about adding an authorized user to my account.
However, they said no. But later took it upon them self to add this person.
Now adding this person without my permission.
I was offered a $20.00 gift card for each one of their credit cards I register with Account Assure. Well, I had four cards and registered all of them.
I was told once I sent the forms back I would receive my four gift cards of $20.00 each.
Not only did I not receive the gift card but they wanted me to register again with Direct Alert to receive the $20.00 gift cards I was first promised.
I was deceived, lied to, given incorrect information, WFNNB falsely advertised, they mis represented the advertisment.
WFNNB would not honor the deception con that was presented to me over the phone by their CSR. I was ripped off for $80.00 in gift Visa gift cards.
So I was ripped off twice by World Financial Network National Bank!
