Yes...I am yet another of what I'm sure are MANY individuals repeatedly ripped off by World Voice Link, Inc. Fortunately, I was able to catch it early and save myself some money.

I first noticed a $52.65 charge in February. After trying to contact World Voice Link, Inc. directly (Phone number was bad...left on hold for 30mins only to be hung up on)

I spoke with a representative at my phone company. They were very helpful (I wasn't the first to complain about it) and they removed the charge from my bill and agreed to bill it back to the original company. The following month I received another charge of $19.95.

I called the number again and this time got a response. 20 mins on hold later I heard the voice recording of someone who was visiting authorizing the charge.

I spoke with a representative and explained that I had not authorized the charges and that the phone bill is solely under my name. She was unable to help so I asked to speak to her supervisor.

After a brief and pointless conversation with her supervisor I was told that should I want the amount credited on my bill I would have to leave the service active for 30days and then call and cancel.

Thus, they would credit the $19.95 on the bill I have only to charge my next bill with the same amount, after which I would have to call, yet again, and cancel the service...

does that make sense to anyone else?? After going no where with this supervisor I asked to speak to his manager. He replied that he was unable to give any information for anyone other than himself, basically, if I don't talk to him, I don't talk to anyone. He wouldn't even give me the phone number or address to their billing department so that I could speak with the manager of that department.

I have no solution...I've cancelled the 'service' and I will speak with my phone company about the charge but I don't have high hopes. Let me just say I've rarely encountered a company so crooked and I hope that those in the authority to do something about it are privy to these reports.
