World Wide Shipping Agency The european side of this company doesn't have any knowledge about shipping Cedar Creek Texas
When using WWS (Charlotte Thomas) for transporting a container to Holland I discovered they only have a agency in Delmerhorst Gemany (Michael Pejcinovic). When the container arrived in Rotterdam the contact in Germany didnt know anything about custom laws or how to get the container of of the terminal. He only diverted me to a Dutch customs transporter which tried to charge me 2 times the normal rate for transport. Furthermore he left the notice of arrival 5 days on his desk before he sent it to me. Because I had to free the container my self I also discovered WWS gives the transport to another shipping agency called FCL Marine (tel 0049421165231 Herr Wust). This is the shipping agency which does the actual work and helped me in the end. Dutch customs needed to have a document no one ever heard of at WWS so I lost another 5 days before I finally got it. At that time the terminal charged me 580 euros for overdue pickup. I proposed WWS to split these costs. But they refused. Never again WWS. Fye.
