World-widesoft.com moscow ru Bitrex, security tool Boxes began to pop up on my laptop, saying that my computor had viruses, worms,trojan worms, it appeared as security tool Alexandria, Virginia
My son alerted me yesterday, march 14th, 2010 about boxes that had popped up on the lap top, it said that the computor had viruses, trojans, cookies. We constantly tried to get it off the screen, but it would delete, it went to a screen asking for me to puchase a lifetime security for 69.99 or 2yr warranty for 49.99. Once ,I put in my debit card number, the screen disappeared. But there is a blue icon, still on my computor,that says security tool. When i click on it nothing opens up. I called my bank, I also went to my bank today, and they said the charge has to post before it can be disputed. I cancelled my debit card. They charged me a total of 51.54. I have a print out from the bank showing the company name as I have listed. It appears to have an office here in Virginia, that it is associated with. And the regional office is in Moscow, Russia. I tried to calling the customer service number yesterday, and they, had a recording saying you're on hold. playing music, but no one answers. i called the VA ph# today and left a message, again no one answers.
