Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
in february of 2000 I ordered a cell phone with 300 minutes for 39.95 a month. I received the phone a few weeks later. After using the phone for one week,it malfunctionedand I had to send it back for a new phone.

the new phone was much nicer, yet i never could get a signal to make a call. After having 5 diifferent phone numbers for this phone they still could not get service established w/ the new cellular phone.and yet they still kept billing me for minutes I never used. After numerous calls and waiting for up to 20-45 minutes at a time on hold I finally contacted the supervisor who told me numerous times that i owed them nothing for never having any service. that they would clear my record and i never would have to pay them anything.

3 months later I was still receiving a bill for 132.95. For what is beyond me. So i attempted to contact them again. After being on hold, being disconnected and even hung up on I finally reached an understanding technician. That person told me I showed i owed them nothing according to their records. sorry for my inconvenience.

2 months later I recieved a letter from a debt collector saying I owed worldcom 132.95 and to pay them in full immediately. so I contacted the collector who told me I needed a letter stating that my charges were cleared to get this off of my credit

So once again I contact worldcom who tells me i owe them nothing.they told me they would send me the letter i needed That was 4 months ago. I still have a debt collector after me and I still have not recieved my letter. This company is ridiculous to do business with and i refuse to pay anyone anything for giving me absolutely nothing!
