I mailed my payment on time, but it took them several weeks to post the the payment to my phone, so mean while they cutoff the phone. I faxed proof that I paid and they tried to turn my phone on but that took them one week.

So my payment later post but 2 days after they cutoff my phone over the same payment. Then they took my future payments since it was the only way to keep the phone on, I paid 3 months in advance over the phone, but that took so long that they deactivated my phone, not seeing the previous payment still.

Now I had lost my phone number, but because of my payment they would reactivate the phone. Ofcourse, this actually took 2 months.

Finally my contract was up and I cancelled the service. Ofcourse, this took 5 months for them to figure out. So, they kept billing me. Finally that stopped and I was given a courtest credit, only think is it is only good if you have ther rotten service. Worldcom Wireless is like a child with a lab kit, do not take them seriously they are only playing a cell phone service.

I am glad to say I never see a ad from them at any store. Good they figured it out as well. Anyway, that is remarkable and as stupid as they are.

My friend had a worldcom phone for 7 months and never paid a cent, They cutoff her phone. So, she had a 2 thousand dollar bill, she called told them she mailed $1500 dollar 3 days ago and they turned the phone back on, go figure that and that worked for 5 months.

Then her husband called to pay and they refused to tell him how much, stating a law that it is illegal, although DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES [Fair Debt Collection Practices Act](d) For the purpose of this section, the term "consumer" includes the consumer's spouse, parent (if the consumer is a minor), guardian, executor, or administrator.

Moving on after they cleared my phone bill, there collection agency started calling, so I contacted the FTC and I am sueing the both of them.
