I SIGNED UP WITH WORLDCOM WIRELESS IN JUNE 2000. DURING THE TIME OF MY CONTRACT WITH THEM, I DID NOT RECIEVE BILLS IN A TIMELY FASHION.

THEIR BILLING STATEMENTS WOULD BE MAILED TO ME FOUR AND FIVE MONTHS BEHIND THE CURRENT MONTH. WHEN I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE, I HAD TO HOLD ON THE LINE FOR 45-60 MINUNTES TRYING TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE REGARDING MY STATEMENTS.

MOST OF THE TIME, I HAVE NEVER SPOKEN TO A HUMAN PERSON, BUT A AUTOMATIC SYSTEM CONSTANTLY STATING THAT THEY ARE BUSY. I EVEN TRIED TO GO BACK TO THE COMPANY THAT SOLD THE PHONE TO ME.

THEY SAID THAT THERE WERE A LOT OF COMPLAINTS FROM CUSTOMER WHO SIGNED UP WITH WORLDCOM WIRELESS AND THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO.

IN MAY 2000, I WROTE WORLDCOM WIRELESS, STATING THAT I WOULD LIKE TO DISCONTINUE MY CONTRACT WITH THEM AS OF JUNE 16, 2001.

TWO LETTERS WERE SENT TO THEM. ONE LETTER TO THE CEO ADDRESS AND ONE LETTER TO THE NEW YORK OFFICE. THESE LETTERS WERE SENT CERTIFIED.

I RECIEVED THE RECEIPTS FROM THE POST OFFICE SIGNED. TWO MONTHS LATER, I RECIEVED MY LAST BILL FOR $70 AND SOME CHANGE, THE BILL WAS BY CHECK AND I THOUGHT THAT I WAS DONE WITH THEM.

I EVEN CALLED TO FINALIZE MY BILL, SO THAT I WOULD NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

SIX MONTHS LATER, NOW DECEMBER 10, 2001, I HAVE RECEIVED A LETTER IN THE MAIL STATING THAT I OWE THEM $213.40.

THEY ALSO MADE IT AS DELINQUENT. I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED THE NUMBER LISTED ON THE LETTER AND SPOKE WITH A REPRESENTATIVE BY THE NAME OF JOHN.

JOHN SAID THAT HE COULD NOT HELP ME AND ASKED ME TO CONTACT THE DISBUTING DEPARTMENT OF WORLDCOM WIRELESS. HE PROVIDED ME WITH THE NUMBER AND I AGAIN, IMMEDIATLEY CALLLED.

I HAD TO WAIT FOR A REPRESENTATIVE FOR 20 MINUTES BEFORE SPEAKING WITH SOMEONE. FINALLY AN UNPLEASANT PERSON BY THE NAME OF REBECCA SPOKE WITH ME.

I STATED MY CLAIM OF RECIEVING A DELIQUENT LETTER. SHE HAD TAKEN MY INFORMATION AND AGAIN, PUT ME ON HOLD FOR ANOTHER 15 MINUTES.

SHE FINALLY CAME TO THE PHONE SAYING THAT I SHOULD HAVE CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE IF I WANTED TO DISCONECT SERVICES WITH THEM, NOT WRITE LETTERS.

I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT I SENT TWO LETTERS AND HAD SPOKEN TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. I ALSO TOLD HER THAT YOU HAD TO HOLD FOR HOURS BEFORE YOU SPOKE WITH A REPRESENTATIVE FROM WORLDCOM WIRELESS.

SHE THEN PUT ME ON HOLD FOR THE THIRD TIME (10 MINUTES). REBECCA HAD COME BACK TO THE PHONE AND SAW THAT I HAD CALLED.

SHE STATED THAT SHE WOULD ONLY REFUND ME $70 AND THAT I NOW OWED $170. I ASKED HER HOW DID SHE COME ABOUT THE FIGURE, SHE STATED, THAT'S WHAT YOU OWE.

I ASKED HER WHAT HER LAST NAME WAS SEVERAL TIMES AND SHE REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME. SHE SAID THE ONLY THING I NEEDED TO KNOW WAS THAT HER NAME WAS REBECCA AND TO PAY THE BILL.

I LET HER KNOW THAT I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND WRITING MANY MORE LETTERS THAN TWO UNTIL I RECIEVED THE PROPER ATTENTION AND RESPECT THAT I DESERVE.

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE. I CALL IT ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!
