I have now written my Fourth letter to WorldCom Wirless. I don't even bother trying to talk to them over the phone because they are of no help whatsoever.

I have received exactly four bills from them in one year. I have now paid them $325.00 and just received another collection notice for $271.00.

I cancelled my service 13 days after my contract expired. Most months I did not use the phone one time. I have never received itemized bills from this company and have no idea what they are charging me for at all.

WorldCom Wireless is running one of the biggest scams I have ever had the unlucky fortune to be a victim.

In each of my letters I have asked for copies of my itemized bills, a response in writing and explanation of the charges.

To this date I have heard nothing from them but receipt of another collection notice. I have no idea what they are charging me for and how much.

The four bills I have received have been a consolidation of several months and tell me nothing. I am so frustrated and angry as they have put a mark on my otherwise clean credit and refuse to answer any of my letters.

I do not see how a company can come after someone for money when they refuse to act in good faith and provide the necessary information to the consumer so the consumer knows what they are paying for.

I have filed a complaint with the FCC and I am filing another one today. I am also looking for a law firm that handles class action suits. This company needs to answer for unprofessional and fraudulent acts that consumers have been forced to endure.

If anyone is already starting a class action suit, please email me. I am at my wits end as I see this bill getting bigger and bigger and I cancelled my service December 13, 2001.

I will tell you one thing, a bumper sticker helps me with the stress of this situation. "WorldCom Wireless, Rip-off. Stay away from them".

If I have to go through this unfair and unprofessional situation I am not going Silently into that good night!
