They filed the following rebuttal to the above Rip-Off Report: Their email: [email protected] Their name: "David" Their relationship to the company: Devotee Rebuttal: Just a bit of cellular info for you. The phone is completely seperate from service. Worldom guarantees the phone for 30 days. After that it is covered by the manufacturer for a 1 yr total. If you called in w/in the first 30 days then they should have replaced it for you. After that there is only the manufacturere to call. It is like the tires on your car. If you buy a car and an alloted amount of time goes by and you blow a tire or something, it is your responsibility to get the new tire(s).You will still be billed for the car. In a wireless sense you are paying for the service (not customer service). The service is there should you chose to use it. If you don't or YOUR equipment fails then you are still responsible for the charges. Bottom line: You need to have the phone fixed.
