Worldpay Merchant Services RBS Lynk WORLDPAY WorldPay refuses to cancel account Madison, Wisconsin
I had utilized Worldpay for over three years - they kept raising my "discount" rate and after my contracted ended - I chose a different company and cancelled my account Dec 2010. In May I have received a statement for $57.93 in fees and now have been sent to a collection agency for over $161.91. I received no notice or information Jan - April and in May is when the April statement appeared - they reactivated my account and started charging a minimum monthly fee, Administration Fee, Data Breach Fee, Equipment Replacement Fee, Paper Processing Fee. Be careful of who you enter into a contract with for merchant processing - they can continue to charge you and you can't complain to anyone!
