Worldpay US, Inc Worldpay, Worlsdpay credit card processing Be alert, avoid loosing money and time, Worldpay is inept and their actions are negligent and possibly fraudulent... they charge you much more, keep your customers' payments and do not even admit they have the money, blaming your site Atlanta Georgia
One of the worst business experiences I have had with a financial institution: ambiguous procedures and requirements, inept operators with bad English and lack of knowledge of issues, they give you a lot of run around. We thought we had credit card processing on our website as we were developing our site, they kept charging us more than they had quoted originally! our complaints were answered by ambiguous mombo jumbo...
later we did sell some items and realized after a few months that we have not received the payments, we were told that out site is incomplete and non-compliant! really? so why have you been charging us all these months and why you did not tell us about it? why you did not tell us that you are keeping our customers payments and why you refuse to release it to us or at least back to the customers (eventhough we have sent the merchandise to them)... why is it so difficult and time-consuming to run after you guys to get what is fair?
If we are not paid back all the charges and the funds are not released I will personally spend time to expose these frauds and file criminal complaints gainst them with FTC, CFPB and the Georgia Attorney General... these fonies should not be allowed to hurt businesses.
