Worldpay World Pay, RBS Lynk Worldpay reps in Lubbock are complete liars and completely unethical!! Lubbock, Texas
Worldpay, especially the 2 sales reps in Lubbock (Shawn Blaylock and Richard Klopp), are liars and should not be trusted. They aggressively pursued signing me and my wife's business up for credit card processing and they stated they would cut my fee's by 30%. I eventually switched after they relentlessly came back to our business over and over again. I was reassured that I would save money and if not then no harm no foul because they don't have a contract.
Once we received our first bill I noticed it was almost double what I was previously paying. The two sales Reps for Lubbock quit answering my phone calls and I then found out they locked me into a 3 year contract with a cancellation fee of $595. This was the worst business transaction I have ever had and have extreme buyers remorse. If Worldpay walks into your business, tell them to leave cause they are crooks.
