Worldwide Locating Company, Jeff Kelly Rip off Grand Prairie Texas
Jeff Kelly had contacted me by phone several times soliciting his busines over a 2 months period, late in 2003. In early December I agreed to use his company to locate 4 vending units. He assured me that he would get right on it and it would take about 1 week.
Not having heard anything from him, I called early in January. He let me know that they were having a hard time locating sites and he wanted more area codes for his search. I assured him that he didn't need more area codes. He also, said that my charity didn't work and recommended "Child Search". I told him that would be fine, use Child Search.
That was the last that I have heard from him. Although his phone service continues to take calls, Jeff does not answer the phone nor does he return messages.

If possible, could you share the name of your charity? I'm trying to connect the Vending Machine Business with Child Search. Is this so that you have places to advertize your charity? Are you trying to start a home based business? Please tell us more about Worldwide Locating Company. Some corperations have similar names, so we will need to discern between, and check for aliases. I'm sorry, would really like to help, but am unclear as to your objectives, and business occupation and agreement. What was your legally binding contractural agreement? I'll do anything I can to help, with a clearer picture; especially for Child Search. Rip-off Report Volunteer
