Before starting our program with WWSM, we were promised a 90-day money back guarantee if we were not completely satisfied with our results. When we knew the 90-day mark was approaching, we contacted the company to let them know that we wanted to send back our tools and be reimbursed our weekly payments. We tried for several weeks to contact them, and when we were finally able to speak to someone, they had told us our 90-day mark was passed a week prior, therefore we would not be getting our money back, even though we had already put in a request to cancel our membership weeks before.
