This consumer purchased the hummer back in July from the previous owner of gift-catalogue.com that is Matthew Sherman. I gave the consumer Sherman's phone number to try and help resolve the problem of non delivery. So far it has not yet been resolved because I still receive emails from the consumer. I will go on record stating that this is not a problem that I have created nor would I let it get to this point.
