I notice a lot of the complaints seem to be surrounding the issue that you are being charged $6.95 etc for Elite or VIP memberships to iFriends.net. Many have also stated that they never agreed to this and that they thought the site was Free. Yes, in order to sign up for iFriends.net you *do* need to provide a credit card. iFriends is a member site and you cannot view any images or enter any videochats unless you register this way as this is an adult website. When you sign up, it is very important that you SCROLL DOWN the entire way and read at the very end because iFriends has by default checked the VIP membership which *is* what is causing you to find charges you believe you have not agreed to. When you guys are signing up, you need to click the FREE membership button. Yes, this will charge your card $1 to verify the card is good, but this $1 is credited to you when you visit a videochat. If you choose not to visit videochat and want to just have a look at the plethora of FREE HD videos, clips and pics as well as visit the many Free 2 Private videochats which allow you to view how the girls cam looks, call iFriends toll free # for customer service and ASK to have your $1 credited back. I believe the problem a lot of the guys are having is they are not reading what they are signing up for. Yes, it's annoying to read all the legalese when signing up for a membership somewhere, but this is how one avoids being charged for things they do not want. There are many areas of iFriends that DO NOT cost you a dime!!! One only needs to read the TERMS of the AGREEMENT when you sign up, it's all there in black and white. As for Steve's generic comment, it would appear it is a form letter that they submit each time there is a complaint here. WebPower *has* been around for 10 years, has had many adult websites and is customer oriented. They will bend over backwards to help you with any issue concerning your account you may have. I hope this helps the guys in the future when signing up...UNcheck the button that says VIP membership...and check the one that is only going to verify your card is good. Thanks for hearing the other side ;)

Hello Steve. I don't really know anything about your company and am not judging as to whether it's ever ripped anyone off. There are, after all, two sides to every story. However,on your frequent rebuttals, you mention that your company has, among it's other wonderful accomplishments,a "spotless" 10 year record with "all" of the leading consumer protection agencies, among other organizations. Fine and dandy. But I've noticed over 100 ripoff report complaints against you guys. And thats just on this one web site alone. I'm sure you'll agree that doesn't seem quite spotless in a way. What's up with all of these reports? Do any of these people have valid complaints? Or do they all have thier heads up thier rears ? It's true many don't appear to be high IQ rocket scientists. But jeez, over 100 ripoff reports? I'm just curious how you would explain all of these reports from your spotless company.
