Very Suspicious Behavior WPI Ifriends

As a visitor to their site, I find their use of the word FREE to be extremely misleading. When you visit their site and you decide to sign up for their FREE membership, there are only 2 options; Elite or VIP for $6.95 or $9.95 but no Free button. I found this highly suspicious so I decided not to sign up and cancelled instead.

I was so disturbed by this strange setup that I decided to look up the company on Ripoff Report. When I discovered that they had over 395 similar reports for over 10 years, I was glad I didn't sign up. I read all the reports and I have discovered WPI Ifriends always acts and answers the same way. They either say that the clients have been refunded all their money and their accounts closed or they ask that the clients please contact them so they may resolve the problem (refund the clients' monies) even when the clients have supposedly agreed to these charges on their sites and the clients are wrong. Why do they give back monies if they are clearly right and can prove it? Unless WPI Ifriends knows it is wrong in their false wordings of FREE or they are afraid of a very close look at their operations by authorities. These misunderstandings caused by WPI Ifriends miswording, misleading or very false advertising have never been corrected on their websites.

Here is the strange and suspicious part for me. They boast that they have millions of users. If they are just charging peoples' credit cards for these hidden charges under the falsehood of FREE memberships. Do they refund everyone who asks on their sites, calls or cancels on line or do they only offer refunds once a complaint is filed on Ripoff Report? Just how much are they receiving in money this way? If they take monies from users' credit cards unauthorised or under the disguise of FREE and WPI Ifriends only refunds (when it is demanded) the monies taken some weeks or months later, then how much monies are they making off from these supposed midunderstandings? The most recent complaints by two of their online chathosts make me even more suspicious of their operations. One complainant from my country, claims she is asking simply for reports of her revenue which they appear to be playing the same sort of game. The other claiming they didn't pay her. In her words "They take the credit cards from the clients then charge them for the show and they don't pay the host for the entertainment they perform.".

Why is it then that the local, state or Federal authorities have not investigated this matter as fraud and shut the whole operation down and charged them with criminal activity? In my country, this is false advertising and Fraud. This website's operation is highly suspect. It looks like a fraud, it smells like a fraud, therefore it is a fraud.
