LEIGH MEADOWS (WRH REALTOR ) MANAGEMENT MADE ME PAY A LATE FEE WHEN THE OFFICE STAFF WAS OUT SHOWING APARTMENTS ON THE TWO OCCASION I WENT TO PAY RENT... NOT FAIR JACKSONVILLE Florida
I am so disguisted with this property management team. What goes for one goes for all... When i first moved out there in Jan 2014 the nightmares begin. I literally live with baby roaches. At first it was only (one too many) 5 I have seen all year but in the last two weeks I have seen about 10 baby roaches... These apartments seems as if there is a infestation... They have a serious mold problem. These apartments have mold and weak wood as well. I really want to move immediately. Can't wait until Dec rolls around. The new manager Kim is mean and you can tell there is something personal going on in her life because she is so NASTY... If she would be nicer to people maybe her life wouldn't have ended up the way it is... I am so disguisted because on Oct 4, 2014, I sent my daughter to the office on two occasions to pay my rent and no one was in the office. When I called on 10/6/2014 they told me I had a late fee.. Never been late on any occasion. Management is nasty and I really want out of this hell whole... Literally!!!

Not to mention, there is no reason for the gym if you can't use it after work hours...
The Pool area is nasty too! Can't wait to move into a better community...
