This company is the worse excuse for a property management company I have ever dealt with.
After being the first to apply for a rental and jump thru hoops to provide more than the required documents to rent, we were informed at 8:30 pm that we got the house.
The next morning we continued to stay in contact with Scott Moseley, an agent and manager, and told him that we would pay the deposit by 1:30 pm because we had to get our crew set up on a job in another county. He said fine.
Without notice, at 11:30 I received an email from Trulia saying the rental was off the market. Didn't think about it for about an hour and decided to check the deposit email to see if the deposit was still open to pay and it said balance zero. At that point contacted Scott who said they rented to someone else. Contacted "CORPORATE" who basically blew us off and said there was nothing they could do about it now because they had already informed the other people that they got the rental. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL RIPOFFS.
We had already informed our landlord that we were moving and enrolled our 7 year old son in the school assisgned to the area.
