Wu-yi Tea total rip off....can't return anything, let alone get refunded your money!!!! Internet
placed initianl order on 12/11/07....received a confirmtion and an order ID #. I have been trying to return the product since the end of December, and when you call the number they gice, no one seems to be able to find your file, ID # or anything. In the meantime, they continue to send product and charge your credit card. They owe me at least $150.00.
I have tried calling them, emailing them several times and even supposedly had an online chat with some one from the company. Got absolutely no where. The only thing they gave me was to contact teahelp.usa.com, and of course you can't anywhere there either.
