I am worried about them adding more charges to my credit card and not giving me the credit for the product they sent to me without me even ordering it. I have been trying to contact them about the return, but every email I enter is someone else and they tell me I am not in there system. I have not been ripped off like some of this people.

I just don't want to have to worry about my credit. I have notified my credit card company about this also.

I think the following speaks for itself - and thanks for the suggestion about using the blue button rather than making an international phone call. I'd been worrying about that eating into our Christmas budget. Incidentally, my name's Helen, but my husband's a doctor, so he sort of treats me as his secretary - I'm sure all doctors' wives out there know how that works. Please wait for a site operator to respond. You are now chatting with 'Trish' Trish: Welcome to Wu-Yi Source, I hope you have had a great day so far. I am happy to assist you with any questions you might have regarding the tea, which has helped countless people around the globe. You: Hello, my name is Gareth Trish: Hello, how may I assist you? You: I've received 2 boxes of tea from your company - I expect to be invoiced for both of them, and I'm fine with that, as I suspect I didn't read all of the small print. However, could you let me know if any more boxes are in transit, and cancel any further until or unless I contact you again? Trish: Could you please provide me with your full name and email address, so that I can pull up your details? You: blanked out for obvious reasons. Trish: Email address and your phone number please You: blanked out for obvious reasons. Trish: Ok, please provide me a minute, while I locate your transaction. Trish: You have been removed from the auto ship program and you will not be receiving any further shipments. As per the Terms and Conditions which you indicated that you had read and agreed to before placing your initial order, you were charged the first of three discounted monthly installments of $59.95 for the three month supply of premium slimming tea which we have already sent to you. You WILL NOT be charged the final two installments of $59.95, and my supervisor has agreed to let you keep the full three month supply as a thank-you for giving Wu-Yi an honest try. Your cancellation number is: Trish: 60458345 You: Thank you - but I'm a Quaker, and therefore require you to invoice me for the other two instalments. I understand about good customer services, but this is about the spirit of the contract. Please take the final two payments, and I will happily keep the three month supply. Trish: Thanks for your gesture , we have cancelled your order and you will not be charged final two installment . You: Thank you for your gesture - but I really must insist on being charged the final two instalments. Is this going to get you into trouble? Since I was the one who didn't fully understand (my bad for going on the internet at midnight), and since I'm the one who has had the product for 30 days without being brave enough to open the box (like it will bite me - I'm 6 foot) - I feel it would be dishonest for your company to be out of pocket here. You: Feel free to pass me to a manager if you've reached the limits of what you can do - I used to work a help desk for a telephone company, so I know it works that way, sometimes. Trish: We highly oblige your gesture but we also want to provide best service to our esteemed customer. You: I understand. Does it help that it's a religious matter? We're required to honour what we see as the spirit of each contract we enter into. That makes us major pains in the astronomical firmament, sometimes - but it's really important to us. Note - they didn't agree to take the last two payments from me, even though I tried really hard to convince them to. I'm not inclined to hold it against them, though - and I've already selected a charity to donate the money to that is no longer spiritually mine.
