We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused you. We do not have a 10 page method to unlock any phone. All our troubleshooting pages are on 1 page or less. It is usually 10-15 sentences or less. If you're printing our our email communications, then this will be multiple troubleshooting methods over a short period of time. Our refund policy is available on our website for any customer to read. Our refund policy is also presented to you while placing your order to read and accept before submitting your payment. It states that video proof is required for a refund if the codes are in correct, after troubleshooting. Our goal is to network unlock your device. If the code does not work, we must troubleshoot with you (since we do not have the phone with us) for us to find out what the problem is and seek an alternative to unlock the device. If troubleshooting fails, then we will ask for a video. We would love to refund orders without any troubleshooting and evidence that our code is incorrect. But as a third party company, we are also charged for each order so we have enforced a refund policy. This refund policy needs to be met 100% for a refund to be issue and we provide this information to you before submitting your payment so that each customer is informed before completing their transaction.
