I want a full refund plus they charge me more money i think i should take the whole amont plus 254.95 plus 40.00 with ups i want to show what. i think they should be treat there customer serive people bad. I want to show how bad they treat to me that is uncall for. They need to be take out of website or treat people right. For real, Let me show you.

They rip off they are total fraud company. Plus they need to take off the pay-pal off there sites. Plus they told me that i had extra dress found this out yesterday. I think they need to refund me on pay-pal they lied to be from the being. This is the worst company. THEY ARE FRAUD. They are Rip-off company they like to people say that didn't order another dress. That is total lie. When double charge you. Tell you need have 2 acct. Send it thur pay-pal order the dress in the first place. They need get there fack straight up. Plus lied to me right off the bad. I found the infomation since 25 jan 2016 it was refund back in my acct. then it was taken back out straight to them.

To me they are going to keep it. I won't ever see the money. They aren't honest people. Just being honest with you. I wish that my daughter didn't pick this website. She thought you wouldn't rip me off until i found out proof that you like rip-off people all the time. You arent very company. Pretty bad i found this out my self. Plus i found your web site phone number 1-888-221-1161/1-888-204-4481 i didnt get no help they told me my acct. is close and not going get no help from www.dressale.com all. for the full refund. That is pretty bad. I want my whole send to me with pay-pal it fraud i want the whole amount 300.00 i think that is right. You charge me join you everything plus with tax. i think this way to get my extra money.

I don't want you send me thur my acct with credit card i will get fraud again. i want you send me check with my name address zip code. I have been stuffing with this over 4 month close 5 months deal with your company. With total lies. You never one every told me that i am sorry said that it was your fault. You was worry about the dress. You know customer service come first. You treat people right. Treat them right. Not rude you treat them very nice kindness. Plus you don't order dress on computer that doesn't help your business 2. You need to open a store sell them. Make them petit like small for women is very whole is very little not for people very tall. petit mean like make them for people who under 5'3 and under for short people. Do you understand that. Your business really mess up everything.

People over the phone was nice but the company the way who talk to me on the website was not very nice. to me that was uncalled for. Do you know the Rude that is treat people do dont do that. You need to get new people that work in your company that know treat people more friendly nice. Not so push. I am just being honest with you. you need to understand when it come to people treat other unfriend. that isnt right. everyone treat nice to other people. You need to learn how to speak other people in your company treat people more nice. Caring is the big thing. Faith also, you need to have that in your business you would do a wonderful job. Keep your company going if you do that. that you would enjoy working, enjoy your people you work with. You have to remember that. Tell them Thank you did a wonderful job.

they have the worst service and plus I am going get marry next month i order on Oct 19. i told them right of the bat I need the dress whole thing white the mess it up. I get a phone call this last Sunday www.Dressale.com that the mess up. He wouldn't give me reason what happened. I told the company i want there phone number everything they said they don't do that. I said i want a refund. they gave it back like 1 day then took it back. then I get a message that they send it to me I don't wa nt it at all. they have the worst Custer service. I try to talk to be people before I never been treat like in my tired life every. I think they need to refund everyone money. They treat people unfriend. plus i try to talk to those people and they would even talk to me on the chat windows at all they would hang up on me all the time or stop talk to me also I thought that would total rude. i would say are you there hello no one would answer back. they did that to me 4 times . I of those Lady, Men was tell me you never pay your bill she said you order 2 of them i said what are you talk about i never order 2. I had to prove that I pay it, she was treat really rude to her I told her I wanted my refund she told me they would call you 12 hours they never did. before that Sunday night they say they will get in touch with you 24 hours i never heard from the company also at what so ever. this is why i want my money back they don't even tell you what they are doing. This is another reason th ey should have a phone if some going on they should give it to you if some going you can get in touch with them. Instead of this stupid chat window and get with this rude people don't know what going at all they are very rude in the first place. They didn't even listen to me. I don't want nothing to do with them they have the worst site i ever been at in my life. i think everyone shouldn't ever go there again. Report them. Get them off then they will get lose there site and total and they will not be on busy no more. they will have better company that will help people that them. we don't need people who rip off people and wont refund your money at all. You never get your dress or they mess them up or mess them up. We need to take them down. They have did the worst for me. I need my money back for real. they called me today and told me that they don't know how to refund me my money on the credit card. They have no ideal how to do that. That is another reason you don't want to go thur www.dressale.com they even charger me 40buck for ups also. this is fraud, and scam. worst i ever seen in my tired life

i think let them know back nov way before dec. over month notice. to cancel the dress. i think there a problem. i have proof you charge me 2 dress right there.

i want to talk to you head boss in the usa. that has the phone number. you had very rude people treat me very bad from your company. Plus they didn't read today. on the 25 jan i got a full refund then it was taken out. By there company. They want me send the dress back There company is total mess up.
