The ripoff is in the return policy. If you read the return policy fauxpanels.com and Barron Designs exempt themselves from any return in the first couple sentences of the return policy.
It is obvious what type of company they are. Their response to the customer is that it is your fault and they will not give your money back with or without a restocking fee.
I just want to inform any other consumers to not purchase from Barron Designs or fauxpanels.com, because if you ordered the wrong color, size, shape, or material, Barron Designs will NOT give you your money back. Their customer service department promised to call us back 3 times and did not.
Consumer Beware!

Only the siding is the thinner material. The full panels are thicker. I ordered samples: which was suggested to me when I called in, since I was going to just order the Nailon panels because they were cheaper, but it was a different material for inside of my house. They suggested I order samples, so I can see the difference, and when I placed my order for my panels, the amount I spent on samples was removed- Complete rebate! And my first set came with one box damage and they took care of it no problem. Seeing your comment just makes me think there's something you didn't do- and that's your own fault because I've suggested this product to a few friends and they love it! A bit pricy depending on the panel, but it looks just wonderful!
I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience, but from what you write, I believe there is something you are not telling us and you are just upset because they won't fix your mistake.
