I did a search for the Insanity dvd program and found this site.  When I received the product, it was shipped from China.  The Dvd's were scratched, damaged and an obvious copied version of the original.  After reading more on the internet, I am concerned that these dvd's were encrypted with a virus allowing it to access my information from my wifi enabled devices.

Please beware, a good deal is not always what it seems.

Please ask and speak with a supervisor and request to have the charge refunded since you stated you did not agree and advised the customer service representative that placed your order that you did not want any additional items or charges.
