Simon Macharia who is supposed to be a support for selling and hosting web sites from http://www.realestateinvestorswebsites.net , does not respond and never supports. I am being hosted from him on one of the wensites, and started getting several spams using the published and even not published pages, and I have complained to him many many times and left several messages, but he does not respond. He did repond to one of the suppurt emails one time, said he will contact techinical person, but I have no respond from him at all. In the mean while, my spams from these websites are piling up. I have left several messages to him, I even threatened him on one of the voice mails that I would complain about him on this website, but he still does not respond.
A lifetime support that he promises is a bunch of lie...
Any help from this website would be appreciated.

I checked our help desk and found your website was updated as promised. You simply needed to re-activate your anti-spam image verification from your virtual back office to complete this.
If you still have spam issues, please re-open your support ticket so we can look it over. The general assumption is an issue has been resolved if there is no more follow-up on your support ticket.
Please don't forget we offer support through our help desk so they can be addressed by the appropriate technical expertise. If you used other means for communication, there could be communication breakdown.
